  I mean where do I begin with this bank??? I will be rating this bank not only on the establishment itself,  but more so on the location.  One thing you will notice when you enter the vicinity are the vast amount of homeless people that have made the parking lot their home, just look at the pictures,  you will find trash lying around.  If that doesn't deter you, the other problem are the atm's themselves,  half the time they're not even functioning,  either one is working and the other is not, followed by a long line of people, and not to mention homeless people hassling you while your waiting in line to use atm. Hope this helps
